The man who knows how to become immortal and plans to live at least until 180

How to reach immortality:
Immortality can be achieved only by going beyond the boundaries of your system. This is a multi-stage process, like a rocket.
First step is to live the period that Western biologists consider real 110-115 years. We need these 30 years to develop in the direction of getting rid of our ego. On the other hand, we received our body from solar energy through plants, food. To live longer
than 70-80 years, we must consume stellar energy – to live in a conscious state – not to sleep. Everyone is sleeping and not conscious of themselves.
There should be an internal coordinate system, in the centre of which a person is aware of the movement of all his centres: physiological, instinctive, emotional, intellectual. The center of human existence is the place where he sees the movement of all these centres, it is enough for him to cast a ray of attention and they will turn from masters into servants of that true self. This constant state was inherent in Jesus Christ. A sobering state.
Once a person is in this state, he will not need the services of doctors and politicians. He will be self-sufficient, because he is the centre of everything. He has reached the limit of his humanity.

About the clock: Homeostatic clock without minute and hour hands. To stop the time. By Kateryna Kozachenko, from the “The man who knows how to become immortal and plans to live at least until 180” series, Berlin, Germany.
About the newspaper clippings on the desk full of dust: These magazine clippings covered with 15 year old dust describe all the needed steps to treat cancer. Rearranging them caused several deaths of friends. They can’t be moved, otherwise more people will die from cancer. There’s emptiness around. People are busy with their physical and sensual pleasures. No one to talk to.
